IndexMind uses Stripe for all payment processing. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and download invoices directly from the Stripe customer portal. Team management is handled within IndexMind's Settings page.

Billing basics

  • Payment processing. All payments go through Stripe. IndexMind never stores your credit card details.
  • Billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
  • Invoices. Download invoices from the Stripe customer portal, accessible from Settings > Billing.
  • Currency. All prices are in USD.

Free plan details

Every new account starts on the Free plan. You get one project, 50 pages per crawl, and one analysis per month. No credit card is required. The Free plan remains available indefinitely with no time limit.

When to upgrade

Consider upgrading when you need:

  • More than one project
  • Crawls exceeding 50 pages
  • More than one analysis per month
  • Team collaboration features
  • Scheduled recurring analyses
  • Priority support
