These Terms govern your use of IndexMind. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

IndexMind provides:

  • Website crawling and analysis
  • AI optimization scoring
  • AI visibility and citation measurement
  • Sentiment and competitor analysis
  • Reporting and integrations
  • Subscription-based access to platform features

2. Accounts

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Ensure authorized access within your organization

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription Plans

Plans may include FREE, STARTER, and PRO tiers with defined usage limits. Limits may apply to: projects, crawls, reports, and AI visibility probes. Exceeding limits may restrict feature access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt the service
  • Abuse rate limits
  • Reverse engineer the system
  • Crawl websites without permission

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyze any website you configure.

5. Crawling and Data

You control which domains are crawled. We respect robots directives and implement rate limiting and bot controls. You retain ownership of your data.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. No partial refunds for unused time.

7. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance may occur. We are not liable for downtime caused by infrastructure providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraud
  • Non-payment
  • Abuse of the platform

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable jurisdiction law.
