IndexMind offers four plans: Free, Starter, Pro, and Ultra. Every account starts on the Free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans unlock higher limits, team collaboration, and advanced features.

What each plan includes
Free
Designed for individual users evaluating IndexMind. You get one project with up to 3 crawls per month and one report. Recommendations are included but competitor analysis, sentiment, fixes, and integrations are not. No credit card required, no time limit.
Starter
Built for entrepreneurs and small teams. One project with weekly automated analysis, 30 crawls per month, and the full suite of tools including competitor analysis, sentiment analysis, generate fixes, and ClickUp/Jira integration.
Pro
For SEO resellers managing several clients. Up to 3 projects with weekly analysis per project, 200 crawls per month, and 5 team members. Includes prompt analysis for deeper AI visibility insights. Everything in Starter plus multi-project and team collaboration.
Ultra
Agency-grade power for larger clientele. Up to 5 projects with daily analysis per project, 500 crawls per month, and 15 team members. Unlimited sentiment analysis and priority support. Everything in Pro with higher limits across the board.
How usage limits work
- Crawl limits reset on your billing date each month. Unused crawls do not roll over.
- Analysis frequency determines how often IndexMind automatically analyzes your projects. Manual (Free) means you trigger each analysis yourself.
- Team seats count unique users with any role. The account owner always occupies one seat.
Hitting a limit does not delete data. Your existing reports remain accessible. You simply cannot start new analyses until your limits reset or you upgrade.
How to change your plan
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. See Manage Subscription for step-by-step instructions.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to higher-tier features until then.
