Set up your IndexMind account, create your first project, and run your first AI visibility analysis in under five minutes.

IndexMind crawls your website, runs AI-powered probes against large language models, and generates a detailed report showing how visible your content is to AI systems. The entire process takes less than five minutes from sign-up to your first report.

Quick-start path

1. Create your account

   Sign up with your email and verify using the one-time passcode sent to your inbox. See Account Setup for details.

2. Create your first project

   Enter your website URL and give your project a name. IndexMind will automatically detect your sitemap and prepare for analysis. See First Project for a walkthrough.

3. Run your first analysis

   Click "Run Full Analysis" to start. IndexMind will crawl your site, run AI probes, and generate your report. This typically takes 2 to 10 minutes depending on site size.

What happens during an analysis

IndexMind follows a three-stage pipeline for every analysis run:

1. Crawl. The crawler visits your pages, collects metadata, headings, structured data, and content blocks.
2. Probe. AI probes query major language models with questions relevant to your industry and measure whether your site appears in the responses.
3. Analyze. The AI engine scores your content across four pillars, identifies gaps, and generates actionable recommendations.

Your results appear on the project dashboard as soon as the analysis completes. Each run is saved in your scan history so you can track progress over time.
