Account Setup

Create your IndexMind account using email OTP verification. No password required. Sign in securely with a one-time passcode every time.

IndexMind uses passwordless authentication. You sign up and sign in with a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email. There is no password to remember, reset, or compromise.

Create your account

1. Go to the sign-up page

   Navigate to app.indexmind.com/signup. Enter your work email address and click "Continue."

2. Check your inbox for the OTP

   IndexMind sends a six-digit one-time passcode to the email you provided. The code expires after 10 minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within 30 seconds.

3. Enter the passcode

   Type or paste the six-digit code into the verification screen. IndexMind will verify the code and create your account automatically.

4. Complete your profile

   Enter your name and organization. This information appears in reports and team invitations. You can update it later from Settings.

Sign in to an existing account

The sign-in process is identical to sign-up. Enter your email on the login page, receive an OTP, and enter it. IndexMind recognizes returning users automatically.

Supported email providers

IndexMind works with any valid email address. Corporate, Gmail, Outlook, and custom-domain addresses are all supported. Disposable or temporary email services may be blocked to prevent abuse.

Account security

Passwordless OTP authentication eliminates the most common attack vector: stolen or reused passwords. Each login session is tied to a signed token with a configurable expiration. Sessions can be revoked from the Settings page.

How to revoke active sessions

1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
2. Navigate to the Security tab.
3. Click Revoke All Sessions to sign out all devices except your current one.
