Typical workflow

Most IndexMind users follow this cycle:

  1. Run an analysis on their website to get a fresh AI visibility score.
  2. Read the report to understand where their content performs well and where gaps exist.
  3. Review recommendations and approve fixes that align with their content strategy.
  4. Push tasks to integrations so their team can act on recommendations in their existing workflow tools.
  5. Re-run the analysis after implementing changes to measure improvement.

This cycle typically runs weekly or monthly, depending on how frequently you publish or update content.

Prerequisites
