  • Depth of topical coverage

2. Technical SEO (25% of total score)

  • Canonical tags and proper URL structure
  • Page load performance and Core Web Vitals
  • Mobile responsiveness
  • Robots.txt and crawlability

3. AI Visibility (30% of total score)

This pillar carries the highest weight. It measures how often and how prominently your content appears in AI-generated responses:

  • Brand mention frequency across AI models
  • Citation rate when AI systems answer relevant queries
  • Accuracy of AI-generated statements about your business
  • Comparison against tracked competitors

4. Citation Authority (20% of total score)

  • Quality and diversity of referring domains
  • Industry authority signals
  • Content freshness and update frequency
  • Author expertise indicators (E-E-A-T signals)

Recommendations section

Below the pillar scores, IndexMind lists specific recommendations sorted by priority: Critical, High, Medium, and Low.

Each recommendation includes:

  • Title. A concise description of the issue.
  • Pillar. Which scoring pillar this recommendation affects.
  • Impact estimate. Projected score improvement if the recommendation is implemented.
